What is Recycled PET?

  RPET, also known as Coke bottle eco-friendly fabric, is a new type of green fabric woven from recycled PET bottle yarn, and the low carbon nature of its source has created a new concept in the field of recycling.Currently, textiles made from recycled “Coke bottles” are made from 100% recycled material that can be recycled into PET fibers, effectively reducing waste.

Why promote it?

Environmental protection and energy saving

  1. Recycle PET fabric is made from recycled Coke bottles, which are rolled into pieces and then processed by drawing, which can be recycled and effectively reduce CO2 emissions, saving nearly 80% of energy compared to the conventional process of polyester fiber production.

  2. PET recycled yarn can reduce the use of oil, each ton of finished PET yarn can save 6 tons of oil, reduce air pollution, and control the greenhouse effect to make a certain contribution.

  3.One plastic bottle (600cc) = 25.2g of carbon reduction = 0.52cc of fuel savings = 88.6cc of water savings.

  4. RPET products inherit the characteristics of PET products, which are thin, light, durable, highly visible, and recyclable. Because the refining process from crude oil is skipped, the carbon footprint and the potential for other contamination are significantly reduced during the reprocessing process.
