Recycled leather production process
It is to mix leather fiber, cross-linked fiber, and resin with other additives first. Its process is: crush the raw materials of leather or recycled leather into the leather fiber of a certain size, then it is mixed with natural rubber, resin, and other raw materials, and compressed into filter cake; heat the filter cake to make the fibers on the surface layer melt with stickiness, extrude, bond and dehydrate the layers into shape, cool and dry, slice, emboss and surface treatment to get the final product.
Recycled leather has the characteristics of both genuine leather and PU, and the production process is more flexible and can be adjusted in real-time. It can be used reasonably and will not cause a waste of resources.
